I found calls were clear and reliable, whether I was testing the desktop or mobile app.
Ooma also comes with all the powerful features I expect from a business phone service, such as a virtual receptionist, extension dialing, music-on-hold, smart mobile phone apps, and call logs.
You can also add a toll-free number to any Ooma office plan. By default, they will pre-select a toll-free phone number for you, but you can also choose a new one.
Best of all, the setup is very easy, and you can do it within minutes, which is great for busy business owners.
However, in my opinion, the Ooma app has an old and outdated design. It does not offer in-depth call analytics, and only limited CRM integrations are available. Ooma is also not the best option if you expect rapid growth in your business because it’s not as scalable as Nextiva.
